Shipping policy

 

Each Scooter & Thread order is thoughtfully prepared, and personalized pieces are embroidered especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be made before it ships.

Processing Times

Personalized and custom embroidered orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after your order is placed and all personalization details have been received.

During holidays, collection launches, or other high-volume periods, personalized orders may require up to 14 business days for processing.

Non-personalized, ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Rush Processing

Need your order a little sooner? Rush processing is available for an additional fee:

• 5–7 business days: +$10
• 2–3 business days: +$20

Rush processing shortens the time it takes for your order to be prepared and embroidered. It does not include expedited shipping. Shipping transit time begins once your completed order has been transferred to the carrier.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate special dates, but delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order contains both personalized and ready-to-ship items, your items may ship together once the personalized pieces are complete. The personalized processing timeline may therefore apply to the entire order.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of Scooter & Thread's direct control. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or other carrier circumstances.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Scooter & Thread is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
